Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance

By using Flow Story Weaver you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Permitted Use

Flow Story Weaver is provided for use by The Flow Church team to create photo books for church events and ministry documentation. Access is granted on a per-account basis. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload and all content you create. By uploading photos, you grant The Flow Church a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the service — specifically, to generate layouts, render previews, and export print-ready PDFs. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 24 hours. One account per person. Do not share your account with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose outside of The Flow Church's own documentation needs.
  • Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

6. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Flow Church is not liable for loss of data, missed print deadlines, export failures, or other consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important photos.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings → Delete Account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
